Isn't the notion of Malmöhus län as the "County of Malmö" too slappy for an article with encyclopaedic ambitions? Malmöhus is the Castle of Malmö, not the town of Malmö. --Family Olofsson 16:35, 10 Aug 2003 (UTC)
Very strang indeed. The List of governors of Malmöhus County lists governors of this county between 1719 and 1996. Gotthard Wachtmeister was governor 1880-1892, so it could certainly not have been establihed in 1890. --Muniswede (talk) 11:36, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
